Alexander the Great was a war hero who died on 13th June 323 BC. We would like to ask all runners to consider raising sponsorship for the Richard Hunt Foundation, a charity set up in the name of a modern day war hero and to benefit soldiers injured during today's conflicts.

5km run is open to ages 7+ with the start at 13:00, entry £8.50 affiliated/£10.50 un-affiliated
10km run is open to ages 15+ with the start at 13:00, entry £15.00 affiliated/£17.00 un-affiliated
NOTE: Runners who are not members of an official running club must pay the higher fee as per Association of Running Club regulations - CLICK HERE TO SAVE MONEY ON RACE ENTRIES
The route follows a flat lakeside course through a unique countryside attraction
Online entrants will incur a 75p postage fee to cover the despatch of race packs. Postal entrants must include an A4 SAE in order to receive there race packs.

DECLARATION:
Upon payment it will be considered that entrants have accepted Stanwick Lakes general site rules and a declaration that you will compete on foot and run entirely at your own risk. Neither Stanwick Lakes or Ultramarathon accept any responsibilities for loss or damage to equipment or injury during the event. Cars and their contents are parked entirely at the owners risk. Dogs will not be allowed to accompany competitors and following cycles will not be allowed. The site will be open to general non-race going visitors and allowance must be made by runners for this.
I also confirm that the entrant I am registering for the Alexander the Great Run meets the specified age criteria and is suffering no medical condition that may render him/her unfit to compete in a running event. I understand that proof of age may be requested prior to the start of the race and that failure to comply with the age restrictions will result in disqualification and the loss of my entry fee.
