Neither Stanwick Lakes or Ultramarathon accept any responsibilities for loss or damage to equipment or injury during the event. Cars and their contents are parked entirely at the owners risk. Following cycles will not be allowed. The site will be open to general non-race going visitors and allowance must be made by runners for this. I also confirm that the entrant I am registering for the Pumpkin Run meets the specified age criteria and is suffering no medical condition that may render him/her unfit to compete in a running event. I understand that proof of age may be requested prior to the start of the race and that failure to comply with the age restrictions will result in disqualification and the loss of my entry fee.
